Most people think product bugs are a bad thing. In the area of accessibility, that is frequently not the case. The key is how the company responds to the bug:
1) Make it easy for the bug to be reported – have a contact us form or email on your accessibility statement
2) Get the bugs into the backlog
3) Thank the person for reporting the bug
4) Stay in communication with the customer on the bug fix.
This is how you turn around relationships with customers with disabilities.
